Group Fitness Instructor Trainee - BODYSTEP - Winnipeg

The trainee is responsible for learning to deliver a high-Quality, engaging, and motivating experience by providing safe, inclusive, and enjoyable instruction and leadership for participants in all group experience classes. This is achieved through a structured training process aimed at attaining program certification to become a hired group fitness instructor.

Candidates must complete pre-Training preparation, actively participate in the training session refining skills based on key elements, and complete post-Training tasks including team teaching coordination. Required qualifications include previous teaching or coaching experience and current cpr-A and aed certification before teaching the first class.
