Clubhouse Engagement Coordinator

The coordinator will promote hope and empowerment through person-Centered services and individualized action plans while engaging members in therapeutic group work focused on vocational skills and relationships. Responsibilities also include facilitating daily lunch preparation, menu planning with members, and supporting employment and community resource connections.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field and have experience working with adults who have severe mental illness. A valid massachusetts driver's license is also required for this role.
