Community Support Worker - Home Support Exercise Program (Summer Student)

The primary role involves supporting frail older adults by administering a standardized exercise program designed to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and endurance. Additionally, the worker will support isolated older adults, including those with memory impairment, through walks or in-Home visits.

Applicants must be legally entitled to work in canada, aged between 15 and 30, and currently enrolled in or having completed post-Secondary education in kinesiology, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or a related field. A valid ontario driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and experience working with older adults, including those with dementia, are also required.
