13524 - Youth Worker

The youth worker will provide group work, outreach, and individual support services to immigrant and refugee youth, including planning and facilitating program content such as workshops, field trips, and outdoor recreation activities. This role also involves recruiting eligible youth, conducting necessary administrative duties for tracking results, and supervising volunteers.

A bachelor's degree in social science, human services, or a related discipline is preferred, along with at least two years of experience working with multicultural and vulnerable youth. Candidates should possess strong public speaking, group presentation, and content development skills, and knowledge regarding the needs of vulnerable youth and mental health support.
