Core responsibilities
The instructor will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons following the aqua life methodology, evaluating student abilities to assign correct levels, and maintaining safety and order in and around the pool area. They must also create a secure and positive experience for all participants while efficiently responding to client inquiries.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a valid national lifeguard certification along with valid sfa and cpr-C certifications, and have a minimum of one year of prior experience teaching swimming. Previous competitive swimming experience and personal transportation are considered assets.
