The sessional lecturer will teach the community-Based course efdt 301, educator identity in contexts anti oppressive and ethical beginnings, during the summer 2026 session at moosomin first nation. Responsibilities include delivering lectures monday to friday, typically between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, and completing necessary preparation and marking time.

Requirements summary

Applicants must hold a minimum of a master’s degree or equivalent in education or a related discipline, along with relevant teaching or professional experience. Essential qualifications include deep knowledge of first nations, métis, and inuit culture and understanding the socio-Economic and pedagogical factors relevant to teaching these student populations, plus possessing a valid driver's license.
