Early Childhood Educator

The early childhood educator plans and delivers developmentally appropriate, play-Based learning experiences integrating métis culture, language, and values while fostering holistic child development. Key duties include maintaining a safe environment, observing and documenting children's learning, and collaborating with families and professionals to support growth.

Candidates must possess an early childhood educator (Ece) level i, ii, or iii certification or an equivalent recognized qualification. Desired qualifications include experience in indigenous or métis early learning environments, strong knowledge of child development, and a willingness to learn michif language and métis traditions.
