Club Climbing Assistant Coach

The assistant coach will primarily assist the head coach with practice implementation and athlete training, while also being responsible for promoting a positive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship, discipline, and accountability among members. This role also requires traveling to away competitions and maintaining effective communication with university staff.

Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, a passion for working with athletes, and excellent communication abilities to foster team spirit and resolve conflicts. Required qualifications include obtaining first aid/Cpr/Aed and cdc heads up concussion training certifications within the first 30 days of employment.
