Summer Camp Counselor, Early Childhood

Counselors will develop and implement weekly project-Based curricula, leading learning activities across academics, music, sports, art, and technology centered on the assigned theme. They must also ensure camper safety, manage behavior according to policy, communicate with parents, and maintain accurate program records.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and meet colorado child care licensing requirements for working with children aged 3–5, which includes having a relevant degree, required ece coursework, or a colorado teaching license. Essential requirements include the ability to lead and plan activities, work well in a team with minimal supervision, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and pass cbi and fbi background checks.
