Program Supervisor - Child Care Centre (Full-Time)

The supervisor will oversee the delivery of services within the child care centre, ensuring quality programming is maintained and delivered cost-Effectively while championing staff development through coaching and mentoring. Responsibilities also include supervising staff functions like performance management, health and safety, and collective agreement administration, while ensuring compliance with provincial and municipal guidelines.

Candidates must possess a diploma in early childhood education along with an ontario certification as an early childhood educator or equivalent qualifications deemed appropriate by the ministry. A minimum of four years of experience in children's services is required, including two years working directly with children in a day nursery setting, alongside knowledge of relevant policies and experience in budgeting and human resource management.
