Oversee program and instructors at the college.
Assess, develop, and maintain curriculum.
Determine strategic direction for the program.
Coordinate and administer course offerings.
Oversee education assistant (Ea) program.
Manage instructor workload and performance.
Review course outlines and evaluations.
Conduct instructor onboarding and development.
Participate in student recruitment and marketing.
Assess student applications and transfer credits.
Coordinate practicum placements.
Track and report student grades.
Participate in committees and grant proposals

Requirements summary

Bachelor’s degree related to instruction or equivalent.
Minimum five years of teaching/Educational leadership experience.
Knowledge in instructional design and delivery.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in microsoft office
