Candidates should ideally possess a diploma or certificate in physical education, sports management, or athletic therapy, though equivalent experience may be considered; a post-Secondary degree is an asset. A minimum of three years of coaching experience at a high level (College, university, provincial, national, or professional) is required, along with nccp level 2 certification or equivalent.
