The head of school is responsible for the operational and administrative leadership of the virtual school, ensuring the implementation of the school’s academic vision and daily operations. This role involves collaboration with the leadership team and the board of trustees to achieve successful academic outcomes for all students.
Candidates must hold an idaho administrative licensure and a master’s degree in education or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in education, including 5 years as a k-12 administrator. Experience in online education and knowledge of state standards and accountability components are also required.
