Casual child care educators assist teams in implementing quality play-Based licensed child care programs for children aged 0-12, ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and regulations. Responsibilities include constant supervision of children to maintain health and safety, assisting in activity planning, and completing required documentation.
Candidates must possess a degree or diploma in early childhood education and maintain good standing membership with the college of early childhood educators, along with a minimum of six months of relevant experience working with children aged 0 to 12. Required certifications include current standard first aid and cpr-C & aed, and a satisfactory police records check with vulnerable sector check.
