The aquatics manager is responsible for supervising and coaching staff and volunteers in all aquatics programs, ensuring program excellence. This includes program planning, customer service, staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
Candidates must have a diploma or degree in recreation and leisure or a related field, along with at least two years of supervisory experience in an aquatic or recreation setting. Valid certifications in first aid, cpr-C, and national lifeguard are required.
