The primary responsibility is to cover lifeguard shifts while ensuring member safety and satisfaction during recreational swims. Additionally, the role involves teaching and coaching various aquatic programs and maintaining relevant records.
Candidates must possess standard first aid & cpr c, national lifeguard service certification, and lifesaving society or ymca swim instructor certification. Whmis certification is an asset but will be provided upon employment.
