The practice coach is responsible for managing all operational aspects of the practice to ensure excellent customer service, quality, and performance aligned with company strategy. This includes coaching and mentoring staff on processes, products, and performance, while also driving practice development and administering marketing efforts.
Candidates should possess a college degree or equivalent experience, along with two to four years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in retail optical settings. Demonstrated skills in coaching, strong leadership, excellent organizational abilities, and comprehensive knowledge of operations and business implications are required.
