Child and Youth Outreach Case Manager

The case manager provides professional, ethical, and trauma-Sensitive services to children and youth impacted by family violence, assisting them with safety planning both in the shelter and upon community reintegration. This role involves coaching clients in stress management and facilitating workshops for mothers on topics like early childhood development and parenting.

Candidates must possess a degree in social work, child and youth care, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in family violence, outreach, and youth programming. Required checks include a police information check with a vulnerable sector search, and current certifications like cpr/First aid and asist are necessary.
