Bilingual Supervisor, Instruction and Training (French and English)

This role coordinates and delivers high-Quality training programs, blending hands-On skills with theory, while managing full-Time and contract instructors to ensure consistency and excellence. Key duties involve delivering training, conducting skills assessments, mentoring staff, and tracking student progress to maintain high educational standards.

Candidates must possess a 2–3-Year welding technician/Technologist program or materials engineering background, along with 3 years of relevant experience and 2 years as a trainer/Instructor. Mandatory requirements include bilingualism in french and english, specific welding skills (Smaw, gmaw, fcaw, gtaw), knowledge of csa/Asme standards, and a csa w178.2 level 2 welding inspector/"b" welder certification.
