The instructor is responsible for modeling appropriate behavior in the classroom and lab to help students achieve their academic potential by combining real-World knowledge with a prescribed curriculum. Essential functions include delivering curriculum via lectures (Virtual and in-Person), managing administrative tasks like attendance and grading, and providing student support outside of class time.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hvac trade and hold relevant certifications, with a g2 certification being the minimum requirement. Alternative experience requirements include 48 months or 24 months of experience combined with specific educational qualifications like a bachelor's degree or college graduate status.
