Integrated Clinical Specialist: Infusion Therapy & Medication Management

This specialist will lead and advance infusion therapy and medication management programs by championing patient-Centered care, developing policies, and leading the co-Design and implementation of clinical infusion programs aligned with best practices. The role involves providing expert guidance, capacity building through coaching and mentoring, and collaborating across teams to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Candidates must be registered with the college of nurses and possess expertise in infusion therapy, vascular access device management, and medication administration, ideally holding a master’s degree in nursing. Required experience includes knowledge translation, social prescribing, program management, and demonstrated knowledge of change management principles.
