Training and Knowledge Manager

The manager will lead a team of trainers and content developers, overseeing the creation, maintenance, and delivery of training content across the call center to ensure materials are accurate and engaging. Key duties include managing content updates in the lms, working with partners to identify needs, and evaluating training effectiveness.

Candidates must have experience in training, content development, or instructional design, along with a strong background in leadership or team coaching and a solid understanding of adult learning principles. Essential attributes include excellent communication skills, high organization, adaptability, and proficiency with microsoft office and lms platforms.
