Specialist, EHS Learning & Engagement

This role drives ehs culture change by developing and delivering learning, communication, and engagement programs aligned with company philosophy across all sites. Responsibilities include maintaining the ehs learning matrix, optimizing learning systems like oracle learning cloud, and auditing assignments for compliance.

Candidates need 4-5 years of experience in learning & development, ehs training, or safety operations, preferably within manufacturing, coupled with strong critical thinking and ownership qualities. Proficiency in microsoft office suite and leveraging generative ai tools is required, while familiarity with e-Learning authoring tools is advantageous.
