The service desk analyst acts as the primary point of contact for technical support for the university community, supporting over 180,000 students, staff, and faculty to ensure reliable access to it and digital services. This role operates within the it service desk inside the shared services staff service centre.
Candidates must possess a computer technology certificate, post-Secondary diploma in computer technology, or a+ certification, along with 1 to 2 years of technical support experience in a service desk or call center environment. Strong abilities in managing multiple priorities, analyzing user problems, and clearly communicating complex concepts verbally and in writing are essential.
