RECE - Split Shift Position

The role involves ensuring operational and curriculum requirements are met by delivering a developmentally appropriate, inquiry/Play-Based program while adhering to all internal and external guidelines. Responsibilities include engaging with children, providing care (Meals, toileting, etc.), completing administrative tasks, and fostering communication with parents.

Candidates must possess a diploma or degree in early childhood education or an approved equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and maintain up-To-Date registration with the college of eces if applicable. Required qualifications also include experience with play-Based program design, strong communication skills, and the physical stamina to supervise children in various settings.
