This position provides strategic leadership and independent oversight for caregiver-Centered care growth & partnerships initiatives across alberta and nationally, with an emphasis on rural alberta. The incumbent acts as a primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders, develops standardized practices, and contributes at a senior level to planning, reporting, and knowledge dissemination activities.
A bachelor’s degree in health, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required, along with at least two years of experience in project coordination or management within a relevant setting. Candidates must possess knowledge of alberta’s healthcare system, especially rural care, and experience with standards-Based environments.
