Licensed practical nurse roles in long-term care

In New Brunswick, long-term care employers commonly look for licensed practical nurses with current ANBLPN standing and several years of direct experience, so demand tends to favor candidates who already know the setting. These roles are competitive because employers value practical LTC judgment, reliable scheduling, and comfort working with residents over time.
