Oulton College is seeking an engaging, student-centred instructor to join our Early Childhood Education/Educational Assistant faculty team. We are specifically looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in the Educational Assistant field who is eager to share their knowledge, mentor future professionals, and create a positive, supportive learning environment. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact on students while helping prepare them for rewarding careers, we'd love to hear from you! *

Requirements

  • What You Bring!
  • A diploma or degree from a recognized program in Early Childhood Education, Educational Assistant, Bachelor of Education, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience working with children or youth in daycare or school settings.(Asset)
  • Familiarity with the New Brunswick Early Childhood Curriculum Framework
  • A strong sense of independence, accountability, and a proactive mindset
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for contributing to a collaborative teaching environment with technological capabilities e.g Microsoft Suite
  • A commitment to lifelong learning and staying current in your field
  • Experience working with children and youth with exceptionalities (Asset)
