About the role

Oulton College is actively hiring passionate and experienced Nursing Faculty, including Theory and Clinical Instructors, for our Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program in Moncton, NB. We offer full-time permanent roles as well as casual part-time opportunities for those seeking flexibility.

Key Responsibilities Teach, mentor, and supervise nursing students in classroom, lab, and/or clinical settings Deliver engaging, evidence-based instruction aligned with program outcomes Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback Support student development through mentorship and academic guidance Participate in the development, review, and revision of curriculum as required Contribute to program, campus, industry, and professional activities

Requirements

Clinical Instruction: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent) required. Theory Instruction: Minimum of a Master’s degree in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner designation, or equivalent required. Candidates with a Master’s degree in progress will be considered. Eligible for registration (or active status) with the College of New Brunswick Nurses. Minimum of two years of recent and relevant experience as a registered nurse. Demonstrated competence with the use of technology such as e-mail, MS Office Suite, Learning Management System, etc.
