The librarian 1 is responsible for planning, supervising, organizing, and delivering exceptional customer services, including planning, overseeing, and delivering library programs and events both within the library, community, and virtually. This role also involves supervision and administrative duties.
Candidates must possess a master's degree in library science from an ala accredited school or equivalent, along with up to six months of related work experience. Introductory supervisory training is required or must be completed within six months, and a valid b.c. Driver's licence (Minimum level ‘n’) is mandatory.
