The role involves coaching individuals in simulated work environments to prepare them for job-Specific workplace tasks and tracking their progress using monitoring reports to ensure readiness for employment. The facilitator will also support participants in achieving their employment action plan outcomes and assessing needs for appropriate workplace accommodations.
The applicant will work under the direction of the employment services division manager, focusing on building experiential learning plans for adults with disabilities. Essential skills include reading, writing, numeracy, oral communication, teamwork, thinking skills, computer use, and a commitment to continuous learning.
