Family Health Educator, Midtown Kingston Health Home

The family health educator promotes optimal family and childhood health outcomes by counseling, supporting, and educating parents in one-On-One and group settings, focusing on case management, system navigation, and health teachings. Candidates must possess a university degree in a relevant field such as social work, occupational therapy, or nursing, with a preference for registered nurses, and three to five years of experience in primary care or related settings.
