This role provides administrative oversight for the third and fourth-Year medical undergraduate program (Mdup) activities and supports post-Graduate medical education (Pgme) royal college programs at regional sites, focusing on creating and maintaining collaborative administrative processes. The coordinator acts as a primary ubc faculty of medicine representative at the regional site, requiring the initiation and maintenance of strong relationships within the medical community.
Candidates need high school graduation plus two years of post-Secondary education, or over four years of relevant high-Level administrative program support experience in a complex organization, preferably in medical education. Essential qualifications include advanced proficiency in microsoft office, strong organizational and problem-Solving skills, high levels of tact and discretion, and comfort working in an ambiguous, dynamic environment.
