This role is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive training programs across fire suppression, ems, rescue, and hazardous materials response disciplines. The officer also oversees curriculum design, instructional delivery, performance evaluation, and provides mentorship to enhance organizational readiness.
Candidates must possess extensive qualifications including nfpa 1001 levels i and ii, nfpa 1041 level i instructor, and nfpa 470 dangerous goods operations, along with pro board or ifsac seals for all required qualifications. A valid class 3 operator’s licence with q endorsement and the physical ability to perform all duties are mandatory.
