The instructional designer will partner with clients, primarily in gas operations, to identify training needs and subsequently design, develop, and evaluate effective learning solutions across various formats. This includes establishing collaborative relationships with subject matter experts and executing on gas training deliverables based on operational priorities.
Candidates must possess a diploma in instructional design, adult learning, or a related field, along with three years of recent, related experience, or an equivalent combination. Essential knowledge includes adult learning principles and the addie methodology, alongside strong computer skills in articulate 360 and microsoft office suite.
