Program leaders are responsible for creating recreation and play opportunities for children in edmonton, which includes leading recreational activities and ensuring the safety of all participants. They must also deliver high-Quality, adaptable, and inclusive programs while serving as customer service representatives on program sites.
Candidates must have completed grade 12 or equivalent, possess excellent customer service and organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to lead and instruct group activities effectively. A requirement for employment includes holding current intermediate first aid and cpr (Level c) and passing a police information check with a vulnerable sector screening.
