The psw clinical supervisor will provide supervision and mentoring to students completing their clinical placement in classroom or workplace settings to help them gain experience in personal support worker skills. This role involves supporting the college's vision, mission, and values while fostering a positive, student-Focused team environment.
Candidates must be a personal support worker with an nacc certificate, or a licensed practical nurse (Lpn) or registered nurse (Rn) in good standing with the relevant new brunswick nursing associations. A minimum of two years of current, relevant healthcare work experience, preferably in long-Term/Chronic care or community care, is required.
