Candidates must possess an ece certification (Level 2 or 3) and be able to pass a criminal record check and vulnerable sector check, along with holding a valid standard child care first aid and cpr level b certification. Essential abilities include strong written and verbal communication, computer literacy for documentation, and the physical capacity to lift up to 45 pounds.
