Lifeguard/Instructor

This position involves standard lifeguarding duties and providing instruction for various pool programs offered at the brandon community sportsplex. Incumbents are also responsible for the general maintenance, care, and conditions of the pool area.

Mandatory qualifications include standard (Intermediate) first aid and cpr level c, the lifesaving society national lifeguard award, and swim for life and/Or lifesaving instructor certification. Applicants who do not currently hold all mandatory qualifications may still apply if they are enrolled in the necessary courses for attainment upon hiring.
