Core responsibilities
- Instruct in the bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) program.
- Teach practice course nur 214: Nursing practice iv – promoting health and healing.
- Implement creative strategies in course delivery.
- Provide documentation and follow-Up on student concerns.
- Manage conflict facilitation.
- Design and conduct student evaluations.
- Maintain student records.
- Participate in college committees and activities
Requirements summary
- Registered nurse with bachelor’s degree.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum three years’ full-Time experience in women & children practice.
- Current registration with british columbia college of nurses and midwives.
- Current cpr level hcp.
- Experience or interest in indigenous or global health.
- Proficiency with computer applications and online learning systems.
- Valid bc driver’s license
