The day camp coordinator assists with planning and developing day camp programs and services according to ymca standards, ensuring participant satisfaction while leading the planning and coordination of summer day camp programming across north bay. Major responsibilities include managing overall summer operations at day camp sites, assisting with staff scheduling, completing evaluations, and ensuring all safety standards are met.
Candidates must possess an ontario secondary school diploma (Ossd) and a valid ontario g class driver's license, along with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience. Essential qualifications also include current standard first aid and cpr c certifications, and a satisfactory police record check with vulnerable sector.
