The executive assistant serves as the primary point of contact for the ams, greeting visitors, screening calls, managing mail distribution, and monitoring dedicated email inboxes. This role also provides essential administrative support to the ams executive team while maintaining high-Quality standards for all front desk and administrative tasks.
Candidates must be proficient with the microsoft office suite and possess strong written and verbal communication skills, adapting their style as needed for different audiences. Essential attributes include the ability to remain calm under pressure, be resourceful when issues arise, demonstrate strong time-Management skills, and exercise good judgment in sensitive situations.
