This role is responsible for shaping how apprentices, lead technicians, and leaders are developed across the platform by enhancing technical training pathways and strengthening leadership capabilities. Key duties include implementing and managing the learning management system (Lms) and establishing metrics for skill progression and program effectiveness.
Candidates must possess 7 to 10 years of experience in workforce, technical, or leadership development, preferably within skilled trades or field-Based businesses. Essential qualifications include experience implementing an lms, strong coaching skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple brands and functions.
