The primary responsibility of the early childhood assistant (Eca) is to support the rece in planning and implementing programs and daily activities, while maintaining a high-Quality environment. This includes assessing, observing, caring for individual child needs, and ensuring open communication with parents and team members.
Candidates must possess up-To-Date first aid and cpr certifications, along with up-To-Date immunization and a 2-Tiered tb test. Required abilities include confidence and flexibility in working with all age groups, managing challenging behaviors, effective parent communication, and excellent teamwork skills.
