The primary responsibility of the Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) is to support the RECE in planning and implementing programs and daily activities, while maintaining a high-quality environment. This includes assessing, observing, caring for individual child needs, and ensuring open communication with parents and team members.
Candidates must possess up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications, along with up-to-date Immunization and a 2-tiered TB test. Required abilities include confidence and flexibility in working with all age groups, managing challenging behaviors, effective parent communication, and excellent teamwork skills.
