Candidates must possess a Responsible Adult Certification, though the agency offers to pay for the required 20-hour training, and ideally have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Applicants need one to three years of experience in inclusive childcare settings and must be available for split shifts before and after school, Monday through Friday.

Have the ability and skills to develop fun and interesting activities for the children to participate in. Be able to facilitate group and one on one activities. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Adherence to childcare centre policies and regulations. Maintaining child records, including observation notes and monthly progress reports. Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
