The program leader will plan, coordinate, and facilitate therapeutic and nature-Based programs, including canoe trips and outdoor skills activities, while ensuring safety and adherence to program objectives. They will also assist the overall camp team by supervising campers during routine times and participating in camp-Wide activities.
Candidates must have two or more years of post-Secondary education or equivalent experience, preferably with prior camp experience and experience working with children or youth, especially those with mental health or learning disabilities. Required qualifications include a valid police records check, standard first aid with cpr c, and the ability to acquire a national lifeguard service qualification.
