Candidates must have training related to helping relationships or employability, with a bachelor's degree in career development or 1-2 years of experience in helping relationships or employability with an adult clientele being considered assets. Strong ability to quickly build client trust and a disposition for autonomous work, client prospecting, and partnership development are required.
