The senior director will lead mcgill’s university-Wide multi-Year digital transformation, providing strategic and program leadership to modernize core administrative and academic systems like erp, hr, finance, and student information systems. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive digital roadmap that enhances the employee digital experience, integrates data science, and strengthens institutional agility.
Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree in a relevant field and have 8 years of progressive leadership experience in digital transformation, enterprise technology management, or large-Scale erp modernization. Demonstrated success leading erp modernization, expertise in composable architectures, and strong change leadership skills are essential.
