IDC Pathways To Employment Training Program

This is a 6-Week, paid pre-Employment training program designed to help inuvialuit youth (Ages 17–24) prepare for employment by learning about career opportunities within idc, irc, and affiliated business units. Participants will engage in training, presentations, and guest speakers focused on essential job skills and readiness.

Applicants must be inuvialuit youth aged 17–24, with priority given to beneficiaries of the inuvialuit final agreement (Ifa). Requirements include attending a minimum of 5 out of 6 sessions, respectful participation, and completing assigned tasks, with parental consent needed for those under 18.
