School Age Educator

The educator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating activities and experiences tailored to meet the individual and group needs of children aged 5 to 12 in an out-Of-School program. This includes focusing programming on education, recreation, leadership, arts, sports, environmental awareness, and civic engagement while ensuring a safe environment.

Candidates must have completed grade 12 and be at least 19 years old, along with a minimum of 20 hours of coursework in child development, guidance, health and safety, or nutrition. A minimum of six months of relevant experience, first aid, and food safe certification are required, with post-Secondary training preferred.
